Michelle is Chair of the Ulverston BID, a local business owner and is also the Mayor of Ulverston. She joins the steering group for the first time this year 

Tony is the co-owner of successful Ulverston-based business, Cumbria Teaching Agency which is this year's main event sponsor.

Well-known local GP Gerry Murray sits on the panel as a representative of the health sector in the town and been involved in Heart of Ulverston for many years.

Reverend Simpson is a well-known face in the town, especially to worshippers at Ulverston Parish Church where she is rector.

Rebecca is from Chattaway Inns, owners of the popular Farmers Arms in Ulverston. Her business is one of the event's main suppliers and a category sponsor.

Helen Irving sits on Ulverston Town Council and is a former mayor of the town. She has a long involvement with the Heart of Ulverston Awards.

Richard has been involved in the Heart of Ulverston Awards for many years. He is best known for his role teaching the performing arts at UVHS.
